Solving the Mystery

Throughout time, many have looked at their lives and asked the questions;

  • Who am I?
  • What am I doing here?
  • Where am I going?

Some of us are evolutionists, others creationists, while others sit on the fence.

Firstly, evolutionists could make the point; €œIf there is a God, where did he come from?€

Secondly, creationists could respond, €œIf we evolved from something, where did the original something come from?

Obviously, answers to both these questions are beyond us.

Nevertheless, if we take the first option, then life can appear shallow and directionless. The basic instincts of survival and multiplication become the priorities.

However, by considering the second option, then life can then have a greater purpose. Not only can light be shed on the mystery of the first three questions but other relevant questions as well.

  • Is there a God if so what is He like?
  • Why do we have pain, suffering and death?
  • Is there a purpose and hope for the future of the Earth?
  • Why is there no apparent life on other planets?
